We’re Katie and Helen – two mortgage advisers who met over six years ago while working at the same firm. We always say we hit it off from day one, and it’s true. Over time, we realised we shared the same values, the same work ethic, and the same way of caring deeply for the people we help.
Between us, we have decades of financial experience:
Helen spent around 30 years at Lloyds Bank before she retrained in mortgages – something she’s now incredibly passionate about.
Katie started out in banking too, then moved into estate agency and financial advising before becoming both a mortgage adviser and compliance manager.
After years of working under larger umbrella firms, we decided it was time for something different. We wanted to build a business to actually look after people the way we felt they deserved.
So we took the leap and that’s when K and H Mortgages was born, under the Stonebridge network.
If there’s one thing clients tell us again and again, it’s that we’re approachable. Friendly. Easy to talk to. Many even become friends.
